Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue.
We have millions of ARR, best-in-class growth, and best in class efficiency. We’ve recently raised an unannounced Series A round to build on the existing momentum.
You will be the right hand to the CEO and CTO building the team.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full cycle of attracting top-tier talent to our team across functions
- Implement analytics to track and optimize performance across the hiring funnel
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build effective recruiting strategies
About You:
- You've recruited in an early stage startup for 3+ years with a track record of progression and expanding scope
- You’re both competitive and kind
- Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
