We’re Y Combinator graduates, backed by top European VC Octopus Ventures, and profitable. You’ll be our first US hire, working side-by-side with the founders to refine and execute the go-to-market playbook.
Oto Pro is our clinician-facing platform that lets clinics enrol the patients to the Oto program. Our growth model is laser-focused on building strong, recurring relationships with these clinics: when providers succeed, they drive patient adoption at scale, and that flywheel powers everything we do.
What you’ll do

Grow and win providers
- Build target lists, run cold email/LinkedIn/phone outreach, and demo Oto Pro to audiology and ENT clinics.
- Close deals with founder support, then own renewals and upsell.

Onboard and activate clinics
- Run slick onboarding calls and in person site visits.
- Make sure every new clinic is enrolling patients within 30 days and sees early wins.

Keep partners thriving
- Run our provider community (newsletter, Slack/WhatsApp, webinars).
- Gather structured feedback and feed it straight into Product.

Run the commercial engine
- Handle US operations: billing, licence reconciliation and light contract work.
- Build simple automations to keep CRM and dashboards spotless.

Shape US strategy
- Track competitor moves and surface new growth angles.
- Help hire and mentor the first SDR or CSM once revenue justifies it.
About you
- 3+ years selling or managing accounts in health-tech or B2B SaaS to healthcare providers.
- Proven hunter who can also nurture; you hit quota and manage churn.
- Startup grit: you’re comfortable switching from a morning clinic demo to troubleshooting an automation before jumping on an evening product feedback call.
- Hands-on with managing CRMs, sequencing tools and spreadsheets.
- Based on the US East Coast for overlap with UK/Europe, and happy to travel regularly.
