Brand Communications Associate

In a nut shell:

You will be accountable in managing brand communications with guidance, maintain and expand media relationships and main support in implementing communication initiatives such as (but not limited to) media launch or press conferences, media pitches, brand collaborations, KOL and influencer programs.

What you'll do:

1. Supports the implementation of media (ie. support with media calls, reports, research, etc). Liaise with media, influencers & public stakeholders.
2. Conduct research to support communications planning / sharing insights for specific client campaigns.
3. Contributes toward new business pitches and internal brainstorms.
4. Serve as a competent contact for all front of house queries.
5. Involvement in client servicing and ensure a high level of delivery quality.
6. Managing brand comms and building communication strategies for assigned accounts. Develop interesting contents for our clients.
7. Tracking of media coverage and results. Produce insightful and analytical research for project reports.
8. Assist team members to prep for media events and be on-site to support team members during media events.

What you'll need:

1. 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications industry
2. Candidate must possess excellent English in both writing and speaking. Multilingual candidate are welcomed.
3. Degree or Diploma in Communications, Journalism, Marketing Communications, Business, Management, Psychology, Information Technology or any related field.
4. Analytical and solution-driven mind-set: Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of methods and results. Resourceful problem solving abilities.
5. Excellent organizational and time management - Able to prioritize multiple projects.
